Cancellation Policy
General Rules & Guidelines ● No smoking or alcohol on the premises, unless permitted in writing for special events. ● Users are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in meeting rooms, the gymnasium, and other spaces. ● No loud or disruptive behavior in shared spaces. ● Equipment and facilities should be used according to safety guidelines. ● Users are responsible for the damages they cause. ● Event noise must comply with city ordinances, or you must have city permission to break compliance Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials, except as permitted by law. All individuals using or representing the Center shall Treat others with dignity and respect Zero tolerance of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation Follow posted rules and staff instructions Protect Center facilities, equipment, and public resources Report unsafe or unethical behavior Violations may result in removal from the facility, suspension of privileges, or disciplinary action. Cleaning Responsibilities: 1. All trash must be placed in designated trash containers. 2. Tables, counters, and used surfaces must be wiped clean. 3. Floors must be swept if excessive mess occurs. 4. Decorations, supplies, and personal items must be removed immediately following the event. 5. Failure to complete cleanup may result in additional cleaning fees. Decorations: 1. Decorations may not cause damage to walls, ceilings, floors, or furnishings. 2. Nails, screws, staples, duct tape, and permanent adhesives are prohibited. 3. Only removable tape or approved hanging materials may be used. 4. Confetti, glitter, rice, and similar materials are not permitted inside the facility. Kitchen Use: 1. The kitchen must be cleaned and sanitized after use. 2. All food and beverages brought into the facility must be removed at the end of the rental period. 3. The renter is responsible for proper food handling and safety. 4. Any damaged kitchen equipment must be reported immediately. 5. Please take full trash bags to the outdoor garbage can and replace the liner. Gym Use: 1. Proper athletic shoes must be worn on the gym floor. 2. Equipment must be returned to its original location after use. 3. No hanging on rims, nets, or gym equipment. 4. Activities that may damage the gym floor or equipment are prohibited.
